Inspired by a German Consultant for Youth Media Protection at the State Education Office in Wiesbaden and because of my voluntary youth work, I did a lot of research regarding "messengers" within the last couple of years.

Since May 2018 there is a new European Data Protection law called GDPR and many parents and friends contacted me, because they were unsure what to do now with their social media apps. Not only for them, also for their kids.

They all want to get their heads out of the sand and face the issues - even if the truth is uncomfortable.

Ignorantia iuris nocet - Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Because I do not want to answer always the same questions, which is quite time consuming, I put this site online.

Friends of mine asked me to translate the German site into English, to show them to their friends outside of Germany. So here we are..
